About the Owners
Daron and Nicole Close are lifetime professionals of the hospitality industry working in over 40 restaurants. They have dedicated their careers to constant growth and learning and fulfilled their dream of opening ACQUA restaurant in 2009. Married in 2013, they currently own and operate ACQUA Restaurant & MIZU Japanese while managing Cabin 61.
All reservations will guarantee indoor seating.
We do not take any reservations for outdoor dining on our patio or decks.
