About the Owners
Daron and Nicole Close are lifetime professionals of the hospitality industry working in over 40 restaurants. They have dedicated their careers to constant growth and learning and fulfilled their dream of opening ACQUA restaurant in 2009. Married in 2013, they currently own and operate ACQUA Restaurant & MIZU Japanese while managing Cabin 61.
A 20% Service Charge is applied to all checks, 100% of this charge is distributed amongst your service staff working on the evening of your visit. Applying this as a “service charge” legally allows our team to tip share and work together. Additional gratuity is not expected but can be left at your discretion.
