About the Owners
Daron and Nicole Close are lifetime professionals of the hospitality industry working in over 40 restaurants. They have dedicated their careers to constant growth and learning and fulfilled their dream of opening ACQUA restaurant in 2009. Married in 2013, they currently own and operate ACQUA Restaurant & MIZU Japanese while managing Cabin 61.
A 20% Service Charge is applied to all checks. 100% of this service charge is distributed amongst our service staff working on the day of your visit. This legally allows our front of house team to tip share, work together and focus on your experience.
